Teeth grinding during sleep in children under 3 years old can sometimes be related to psychological factors, such as stress or fear, but it's often due a developmental stage when the child learns to bite. It also could be due to teething pain or ear discomfort. So check for these symptoms during the day time as well. Reducing stress before bedtime, like through a calming bedtime routine, can also help. Check for dental caries and other teeth related issues and consult a paediatric dentist if it persists or seems to cause discomfort. If no physical symptoms has been observed, monitor the behaviour and send me an email. Thanks.

You can speak tamil at home and when your child starts preschool, she/he will catch German language. I hope they teach English as well in Germany. So eventually the child will learn all three languages which is absolutely good for the child. That's a normal behaviour at this age so don't worry. Always make sure the house is safe and child friendly. Keep medicines and chemicals away from the child. Beware of tiny toys, she might put them in the mouth. She will outgrow this. Don't worry. Stay tuned!!
