I live in Asheville North Carolina and it’s been in the 50’s in the morning but by afternoon it’s in the 80’s. Then around super time the temperature starts dropping again. These recipes look amazing by the way

Great recipe Jen, it looks delicious. I have made a similar one but using Bisquick and it is delicious. It was cool last week in SE MI one morning it was in the 40’s Burr! It is in the mid 80’s this week. Have a Blessed week.🧇

How did you open the poultry seasoning container? I have several spices in containers exactly like that and I cannot get the lids off to remove the inner seal, so frustrating. TIA for any tips.

I love the baked chicken but when I’ve used thighs before I get a huge amount of smoke coming out of the oven. I’ve tried avocado oil, lightly tenting them with foil, moving them further away from the heating element, putting them up on a wire rack, lowering the temp., etc. Nothing helps. Any suggestions??

I am not sure if you’ve tried all those things. Have you ever had you oven calibrated? It could be cooking hotter than you expect.
