Yes, 15-20% of that chicken was raw/undercooked. It needed 1-2 minutes more cooking in that oil and it would been perfect. If you are a fan of the channel, we all know Matt is short on patience while in the realm of cooking, lol. When he cuts up a steak right after he cooks it, I cringe, seeing all the important and flavorful juices run out. He can't help waiting to let the meat rest for 10-15 min. Eventually he learns, hahaha.

Am I the only one who silently cheers Ruegs on the more he ‘gets’ the whole camping/travel experience. Lots to learn for the little guy. But he’s maturing nicely. He’s starting to understand what ya need from him. He does quite well in the spot that requires him to reposition a lot. Especially, when you go under logs. Been with this dude since near the very beginning under different fake names and I can tell you with authority that except for in some very minor instances, he hasn't changed one bit. I respect that. Kyle L. Dusty Grave. Papa Bear and one other I can't remember. Thanks Posa for keeping it as real as you could over the years

Hey Matthew question. Does anyone ever keep up on those waterways? I wasn’t sure if the State or Parks or anyone ever ride down those to clean them up from down trees? Just like with beavers they can completely destroy & change the eco system & waterways. Sorry but I laughed watching a 6’ plus man trying to scoot down in his canoe to get under a tree. 🤣. Glad you were finally successful in getting your head underneath that down tree. You are either brave or crazy taking both dogs plus all of that gear in 1 boat. We both know it’s the crazy part but I’ll let you think there was an option…🤣. Thanks for another fun video. The shelter turned out to be pretty amazing. That’s one of the things I love about your winter camping. The ones to create are a once in a lifetime. Especially when you dig down into the snow to use as the walls. I love how you guys pick dog names. I’m alway trying to think outside the box for my fur baby names. Personally it’s weird to meet doggies with human names….🤣. Like a dogs name can be ANYTHING…like a breakfast sandwich. One of the FD’s here has a Dalmatian station dog & his name is Poop. No lie…that’s what they names him. 🤣

I still don’t understand why you don’t put pool noodles along the edges of the canoe so Monty has a nice soft spot for his snout to rest. He needs cushiony softness! Because I love him! PS - Omg PONCHO MONTY! Aaaaaaaaaa! My heart!

Aww, Reugs gives Monty a turn. How sweet is that? Lol. I like him more and more every trip. Such a good boy, Ruegs. Although Monty half buried in the leaves sound asleep is pretty funny. He’s so laid back and at peace out therej lol

I have enjoyed a lot of different outdoor channels/personalities over the last decade but I never get too far removed from whatever Matt and the boys are doing/posting especially when I need to centre myself or I’m looking for something comforting to relax too when I’m feeling anxious or worried. No joke. There’s nothing phony about you Matt. And that’s why I’ve always liked and appreciated your content. Thanks Matt/boys ❤️

I’ve been watching you for a few years but it’s only in the last 12 months of making videos myself that Ive started to notice the effort you go to to get some of your travel shots and sequences. I noticed a good one early in the video where you would’ve had to hike 100yards downriver and up a tree to position your camera and then not to mention go back to retrieve it. Incredible effort mate, and great video!! Cheers from Australia Brad & Inara
