Tyler, how did you get the income because you said you didn't have any money. Did you use hard money lending or subto or seller financing?

I'm new to investing, and I've lost a good sum trying out strategies I found in online tutorials. I would sincerely appreciate any recommendations you have.

I can't stand these podcasts because they don't really provide any useful information. Maybe some random stuff here and there like knowing that your partners might leave you for other people with more money, yeah that's good to know, but i didn't hear anything substantially useful here. It all just leads to more stuff where you actually have to spend money by buying books or whatever to learn. stuff. sTop wasting our time.

I’d have to disagree, hearing different perspectives from different people in different “roles” are small bits of knowledge that are just as important as to just statistics, information & investing “secrets”. Partners or knowing what type of partner you are can help you further communicate to your partners to let them know where you stand on a deal & how you can help them, help you. I personally took the advice from the contractor, being in a specific trade myself & starting at a young age. I’ve developed Construction Skill, Real Estate Skill, and I just have to dial in my Capital which can ultimately make me alot of money with not so many partners. Didn’t put that together (as obvious as it may be) until listening to it here today on my way to a project.

1. They don't owe you anything. 2. You have to pick the information that has value to YOU. 3. I ALREADY have 1 property....but I'm here listening so clearly there is value here. 4. Doze s of people are here so it's clear that SOME value is here you just have to find it.

I miss David. The information they’re providing now is too comforting. It makes me wonder, what’s the catch. Then I find out when I use other resources. I wish they were thorough. Go into detail. Share numbers. If I get lost and need to rewind, then so be it. That’s the learning process
