24:08 You can hold Alt and right click a tile to put an improvement ping on it to remind yourself what you what to build there. You can also use this to specify where a free improvement appears if you get given one from an event or a city founding bonus i.e. the free Garrison on founding your capital. Chariots can attack multiple times due to the Rout ability but there are some conditions to it - they have to kill the unit they attack and there needs to be another adjacent unit to attack after. You can chain Rout attacks for as long as you can keep killing, it's a hugely powerful ability.
