Generally not, your teammates are definitely doing a lot wrong, but so are you! It's a lot better to focus on your own mistakes, as working on your teammates is useless and won't help you progress at all.

Best tip is to find people to play with, ask randoms after each game who do quite well. I am Global, I usually sit with 30+ kills each game but still struggle to get out of faceit lvl 4 only because I am playing alone

I just started playing, went from silver 2 to silver 4 in one day. It's possible. Apparently due to 'rank deviation' if you play too often your games have less impact on your rank. Perhaps even playing less will help you rank up

As a cs:go veteran with 10 lvl faceit I can confirm to you: there's no elo hell and there are no methods to escape certain rank. If you are good you'll get out of every rank. Watch how pro players play, play some aim botz and deathmatch and movement maps

Im now MGE but trust me GNM is real-life torture. Me who average has 40-50 kills a game in MGE ain't get even 20 kills in GNM. And when i start MM alone or with one friend there is always russians who pops up with .fulltilt, Hentai! And BORNFL1CKERS clantages and sweat the whole game. Also scream in the mic. Huh GNM is just pute evil.

yes, but it definitely feels less than half of long matches, which is probably because of how important a few round wins in a row is; it's a lot harder to come back from repeated losses in short matches due to how short each half is
