Mister Mayhem The XL Pro Lighting System featured in this video is designed primarily for off-camera use. However, we do make a Large and Small version that are designed for on-camera that you could definitely use for run and gun style lighting.

Your environment, camera, and flash will all be variables that you'll have to experiment with, but Lindsay captured this image on a Canon 5D Mark III with a 24-105mm at 80MM, ISO 125, 1/125, f/5.
