I love summer fruit time, and both of these recipes look wonderful. I'm more familiar with the strawberry/basil/combo--which I enjoy--but am really curious about the grilled apricot/ricotta (and agreed, it sounds fabulous as a dessert!). I happened to get apricots in our farm box this week so will give it a try :)
