How could Paul call others his brother or sister if he couldn't know that they were saved?

@@Moodboard39 Justin says we can't know someone is really saved, only Good knows for certain. I can understand that. Yet at the same time, Paul called certain people 'our sister', 'our brother', my son in the faith'.... how could he be confident in that if he couldn't really know they were truly saved?

@@jeannieboxford _Paul is a hypocrite...._ 1 Corinthians 10:33 Even as *I please all men in all things,* not seeking mine own profit, but the profit of many, that they may be saved. Galatians 1:10 For do I now persuade men, or God? or *do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.*
