You've some of the best vids I can find on KZbin, I just restarted my LVMH position last week, Choice Hotels looks good and this Paycom Terry Smith is buying looks interesting too if it gets smashed another 30% maybe :) I bought my kids their first 15 shares of Bird Construction last week, just so they'd have something in there I stole from you :) I won't wish a recession on anyone, but next time we get one they'll be getting some Mama's Creations for Christmas...I hope your subscribers grow to the numbers you deserve with this great content

I don't know about CHH. Its long term growth rate of 9% really doesn't justify a return to its historical P/E of 25. Its BBB- credit rating would suggest that upcoming refi of debt will come at a cost of near 8% interest rates. IMO is it too early to get in on this one.

Been kind of keeping my eye on $LVMH lately too. I agree with your sentiment about it being harder to find value. I'd be interested in some of your thoughts about some of the stocks I've covered on my channel and I think are undervalued like $TAP, $BUD, and $CMCSA. $FVRR is another one but it's a small cap.

Side note… In the Hotel/Lodging space, I like Wyndham (WH), or HTHT (H World) better in every way. Have a look at HTHT’s FCF Margins.🤙

Habibi...Lebanon. I love your Chanel. Do you still think 145 is possible for LVMH. Do you think it can be held long term, like 10 or more years? Meaning, can it beat the SP500. I know you said you like it short term.

It's possible but lvmh is a mature company, I bought it a few months ago and I made 29% in 2 months, I'm looking to do the same if we get close to 145, I think it's very possible

@@thepatientinvestor9580 I think that I will take a small position now and wait for a better price, as you said. I have another question, I have a large holding in BABA avg. cost 170. What do you think about that situation. A lot of big investors are in it at my price or higher but I feel it's like dead money, right now. I love your Chanel and I think your analysis makes great sense, your a smart guy no doubt. I myself bought CVNA @$4.30 x 3000 . That was my own analysis. I happen to know that business very well though. Thank you.

The problem is that everyone knows that which means it's most likely the reason why they are going down, stocks don't bottom when everyone is expecting them too

@@thepatientinvestor9580you can make whatever excuse you want but everyone knows the markets are massively overvalued! And…. The world economy and consumer are on life support. You can delay it all you want but it will make the crash that much worse
