Finished Challenge Roth yesterday and can't tell you how many times on the marathon I kept telling myself understand the assignment. That assignment was constantly changing, run to mile 20, run the next mile etc but it got me through the run. 💯💯

First time i used the precision gel in a gel bottle i used 90g pouches, mixed it with water but didnt do a good enough job, so the water stayed on top of the gel. 2 hours into my ride i realize that i'm about to bonk and wonder why. Turns out most of the gel was still in the bottle 😂
