This is good advice when the homes were selling over asking, but now Nov 22, homes are price dropping and sitting for months....

How do you know how many offers were received or even what the best offer was for the subject property before it closed for the context of these calls?

As a new agent in New York it has been very hard to generate leads when we actually cannot make soliciting phone calls due to our governor declaring a state of emergency since 2020 .. Any other ideas/ways to generate leads besides picking up the phone is appreciated!
