I bought the 2024 Colorado Trail Boss in July. I love the truck! Yes, it is the cheaper of the trucks but I don't need fancy, I need functional. My only real complaints about the truck are these...1) The steering wheel, while adjustable, isn't telescopic. This is the first vehicle that I have ever owned that when I put the seat all the way back to get in, I actually had to move it forward a little bit so I could comfortably reach the pedals. I'm 6'1. I would really like to have the steering wheel a little closer to me while driving. 2) The sun visors aren't telescopic!!!! How expensive could that actually be? They are super small and don't do a damn thing here in SD, especially this time of year with the sun moving south! 3) It is 2024 and there are no LED lights on this vehicle! WHY??????? I have new bulbs on the way!!! I have watched several videos on the Colorado. On one of the channels the owner's truck didn't have Cruise Control. That's an issue with the MORON at the dealership that ordered the truck!!!! The problem with my truck when I bought it was that it didn't have Remote Start. That is a game changer in South Dakota!!!!! It gets F@#!ing cold here!!!! To be honest, even the salesman was shocked that it wasn't included!!! I inquired about the cost of having OEM installed, and the dealership paid for half knowing how I felt about the fact that it wasn't included....IN SOUTH DAKOTA!!!!!!!!!! I took the truck on a 1300 mile trip to OKC. With the highway driving and all of the driving that I did in OKC, I averaged 20mpg. I was very happy with that! Could it have been better? Yep! But that would have added significant time to my trip there and back!!!!! My Trail Boss is the same color as the truck in this video. Incredible look! I loved the fact that everything on the truck was 'blacked out!' All of the trim, the bumpers, the black fender flares, the black wheels. But then there was the COLORADO badging! Chrome! It just didn't look right. So I did what Chevrolet hoped and I bought the black COLORADO badging. I also bought the black Chevrolet letters for the tailgate! It really made a difference!!! I finished it off with tinted windows, a Real Truck tonneau cover, and Lund nerf bars(stupid freaking deal on them)! I'm an old man! This is the first pickup that I have owned. I've owned cars and SUV's, but never a pickup. I saw this truck on my local dealership's parking lot and fell in love with it! Of all of the vehicles that I have owned, and it's been several, I have never had as many compliments about my vehicles as I have since I got this truck!!!!! !!!!! It's been unreal!!!!! GM did this one right!!!!!!!!

I test drove the colorado, I really liked it, but Chevy and GMC do not make 6 ft beds, so I went with tacoma, that was the deal-breaker for me. Don't have any regrets, I really like my tacoma, but Chevy has made a great truck too.

Spot on about the Colorado not offering a 6 ft bed. He mentions in this video that you can get a 6 ft. bed in the Colorado, which is incorrect. Really disappointed that the V6 is going the way of the dinosaurs in these trucks (sans Frontier, which also offers extended cab as well as crew cab).

The 6 cylinder Nissan frontier has the 6 ft bed with both extended & crew cab for 2025 & nice trucks also.

Up until 2024 I think its hard to say the Tacoma was not the best V6 in the mid size field. In 2024, even though I dont like turbos, GM seems to have the best mid size truck.

I’m sorry but these newer versions I hate to much technology and do away with the turbo put in a v6 also some of these trucks are to much $

Some people can get occular migraines from fast switching LEDs. Slower, incandescent turn signals are much easier on the eyes.

I'ma draw a line in a sand and say that if a blinker gives you a migraine you don't need to be driving a motor vehicle, let alone have a license.

I just traded my 24 Tacoma in for a 24 Trailboss. The Tacoma was loaded with issues this year and is a POS. Im so over Tacoma this year. Look up all the crap wrong with them all the call backs and so on. My 4x4 dif went out the first time out. I did get the trail boss with 20-inch wheels HD camera system and all the goods. It blows the Tacoma away.
