2-year-old toddler dead after 15-year-old brother crashes SUV while driving in Houston

15 year old was not of legal age to drive nor was he insured. Mother should have called for store delivery or Uber. Speeding fast enough to kill somebody. How many broken laws don’t you want him charged with ?

Why wasn't there an older adult to help mother also to help take care of two old he wouldn't gone out with baby . I Know this 15 boy loves his mother he wanted to make sure his mother had medication. Poor kid was trying help mom but the baby should been restrain in a car seat. It so sad about his baby brother also for 15 old kid . Condolences to family.

I remember being 15 and wanting to drive everywhere and said if I could ever drive legally I won’t get tired of driving… day 2 of having a drivers license man I don’t wanna drive 😂

What picture is acceptable where a kid who probably doesn't even have a driver's license is driving a two ton plus vehicle and got an even younger child in the back not secured. If somebody's going to get charges probably going to be the mom cuz she should have damn known better. Have another family member or an actual friend do that, not have some damn 15-year-old do it. Heck, door dash or Uber eat the items home. Yeah, seems right to just not do anything about a life lost, this happens to anyone else they should get the same treatment right? No consequences right?

I HOPE he DOESN'T get charged wit that cause it WAS an emergency situation that was taking place n he was JUST tryin' 2 help n I'm pretty SURE he DIDN'T MEAN 2 kill his little brother on account that he was JUST tryin' 2 get his mama situated n maybe she COULDN'T watch him while her son was gone so he had 2 bop little man wit him...I KNOW that he DIDN'T mean 4 THAT kind of harm 2 happen...I AIN'T gonna even hold anyone...😑

Unfortunately we are all adults and say and think the 2 yr old should have been fastened but you are expecting a kid to think like an adult when he’s a kid himself… sad story all the way around regardless of what we think the appropriate thing was that he shoulda done.. I’m sure wherever he currently is he is thinking I shoulda done this or that Maybe I’m relating to this story because I was involved in an accident and there was a fatality and afterwards you live with so much sadness and the what ifs… I don’t wanna imagine carrying the thought I killed my own brother I wouldn’t be surprised if the 15 yr old hurts himself in remorse… I know exactly what you’re going through

Coulda mistaken the brake for the gas in the turning around to correct his brother he coulda pressured the what he thought was the floor panel but was the gas idk
