This is an old video from back in June that I made for Instagram but I really like it so I am sharing here too since I never got around to making a full 2 year progress update video. I just amassed too much footage and it is overwhelming! Let me know if you like this short quick edit format.

Really good progress Mark, I love the Bertlemann with the 360° board spin in the first clip. You no doubt have made the most progress than any other surfskater on KZbin. Keep flying high 🏄

Hi Mark, sick edit, I know that you can really surf & skate but this is kinda next level in my opinion as far as surfskating is concerned. Surfing is always my first choice, but Surfskating is so much fun & convenient specially if you are in Ontario. Have you tried a Soulboardiy deck? Kinda contemplating on adding an Adam 32 in my quiver, any advice?

Thanks! I haven’t tried a soulboardiy myself. I’ve heard more good than bad, I really think it depends on riding style. For my riding style, I don’t know if it is right, but for more standard carving and cruising and bowl riding I’ve heard it is great.

@@MarktheLandlockedSurfer Thanks, props again for the riding, mad style for sure on your part. Saw some reviews for Soulboardiy online but the veracity is dubious. I just cruise to get the surfy feel, more Rob Machado than Taj Burrow. Curious about Soulboardiy, heard they are available in Carlsbad, CA then just found out about Zenit 67 from Montreal.

Impressive! It is nice to see not just skate parks, but real land been in use. Wheels looks on the smaller size side. I wonder which size are they?

There is an indoor one at The Yard Ottawa (private skatepark) and a public outdoor one in Carleton Place at their skatepark.
