Girl, I'm loving your work. I contacted the Sinclair method on 10/23/23, through Cláudia's video. On the 30th I went to the psychiatrist and got a prescription for naltrexone. On the 31st I bought the medicine and yesterday, 11/01/23, I took it for the first time, an hour before drinking. It was great to finally find something that allowed me to drink little and stop. I'm very happy with this, but I know that it is necessary to be committed to the process. Thank you for your videos. Continues! Hugs from Brazil.

Thanks for another great interview, Katie, I love when these pop up on my phone! And thanks Anthony, you made some great points and provided some really helpful to ps too. You're so right about drinking being such a big part of British culture. I live in Essex and work in London and see it a lot, especially in the city with workers out at the pub at lunch. Thanks for sharing!

I have the prescription, just scared of what a sober life is like. 43 yes old and tired of the life revolving around alcohol. I will give it a try soon i believe. Like that he said there is nothing to lose and all to gain . Thanks for dedicating your time to this Katie!!!!

awesome that you have the medication, that's the. most important part :) Wish you the best... and sober life is down the road, first - you just got to get started by drinking like normal, only adding a pill 1 hour before
@Meemeeseecoo5 жыл бұрын
You can still drink on the pill but do your best to cut down as much as you can initially, with the hopes of eventually quitting.

Thank you Anthony. "Just relax into it"...I like that. I tend to overthink things. It's nice to know we don't have to do that.
