That's cool! How did you enjoy it? We'll upload another video on a restaurant in Nagaoka around next week, so come back and check that one too!

@@Japanesefoodcraftsman I absolutely loved Nagaoka, and living in Japan. I was only 19 when I moved to Japan, and it changed my life, and helped me grow so much! I also met my wife who is from Tokamachi. Many of my friends still live in Nagaoka🥰

While I'd prefer dumplings made by hand, it's good to see they're still keeping in some tradition among the automation.
@anthonycarlisle61849 ай бұрын
I didn't catch anything "traditional" making gyoza in this video 🤔🤷
@ohsweetmystery9 ай бұрын
There appear to be only natural ingredients in the dumplings, all added by hand to the machines. I guess that is better than most of the manufactured food here in the US with at least a dozen chemical additions to everything.

respect to all the workers making food for us...not easy. Hopefully they practice good hygiene/cleanliness.

3:26, un-labelled bottle, that's not good and should not exist in a food manufacturing facility. The contents of that bottle should be disposed of, not added to the food product.

For once it's not a 102 years old master making 2 dumplings a day following a 1200 year old recipe.
