Inspiring video boys....I do struggle to understand though how is it you are viewing properties on market through estate agents and packaging those deals on to investors to purchase but they are not secured...i.e. you can't make an offer on those properties since you don't yet have an investor and not buying it yourself, then when an investor signs NDA and wants to proceed you then first have to make an offer and hope firstly that the deal is still there and no one else out in the market have bought it and secondly that your offer gets accepted by the seller, surely that is a good way to loose an investor. The process just doesn't look feasible, unless I am missing something. Would love to get your feedback. Thanks

Hey Samuel . What kind of a contract should I use for a rent to rent with letting/estate agent but the letting agent is already in a management agreement with the landlord. ( will a management agreement work with a party already being in a management agreement for the same property )
