It is a big house with big rooms and halls.It not a luxury house as there is not much item seen there. At the same time it can be made luxurious easily as pace background is ready.I would say, the house is worth the price asked for.

Well constructed house ...however, bed room positions and entrance to bed rooms are not placed well. on a big wall , a small door to the bed room... no grace ...on this house. i dont want this for even 1 rs. hope you understood about the architecture...

But currently of you look in the too 3500 sq.feet ..means itself reaching above sq feet rate of 1500 .just calculate the total.amount , it's reaching more ..( think the house was built with proper sand ) ..
