Use a mod that turns off infection. If you want to learn how to fight then use the dev menu and brittas weapon pack. Use what you want and practice combat.

Definitely not a bad one to rebind for sure! I like to keep things a bit spicy and keep it as Q cuz when I get jump scared and then accidentally press Q it leads to some funny and interesting moments lol.

I’m an 8000 hour player I’m gonna sub an see how you go bro! I’ll add my biggest tip no mods play on the highest population and learn from how you die. Get skilled with a weapon class, personally long blunt is perfect, pick a good class me I go burglar or mechanic , if you can’t get cars or fix cars you’re f@cked.

Holy cow 8k hours! You must be a OG player I’m guessing. But yeah when you are brand new it’s definitely worth playing with no mods at least for a bit to see the vanilla game for what it is. I actually did something similar when I was new and played with a higher pop and got some practice then when I went back down to lower pop it made things a lot easier!

@@TonySnaps I have runs that last ten minutes and runs that last real life months. Played every which way, Vanilla, Vanilla +, Britas on 4x4x4 like an arcade shooter. Modded to death all the cars, maps, traits, specialisations, but for me vanilla on 4x and expanded heli events is where it’s at. I make it my goal to kill every zombie in every town. Never ever came close, but that’s my driving goal. The thing that will kill you is your own over confidence. I also play Rimworld so I’d say I’m a sadist. 🤣🤣🤣

Relatevely new to PZ, meaning that I've played for the past year or so, but in and out because I would never manage to survive longer than a couple days (four days MAX) so I would get frustrated and abandon the game for a couple months before giving it another shot. Rinse and repeat the pattern for almost a year XD For me, what did it to actually getting the hang of it was actually going into debug mode and use cheats. That allowed me to be a bit less frustrated, get the hang of the mechanics, the combat, the inventory etc: when I was finally at a good point I stopped using cheats and now I can play without getting frustrated because I know that if I die is because of My own stupidity and if I manage to not be stupid, I can push a couple of months of survival. So I am slowly walking my way up the difficulty while trying to push six months of survival.

@@alphamorion4314 I’ve played all ways friend lasted 10 minutes because of some random spawn, lasted in game years with huge bases but start to get bored . Dying is the fun part, because you get to create new characters take different traits and see how you go. I understand the frustration though as the learning curve is brutal, just keep plugging away. Increasing zombies, changing the zombies from weak assed Zods to those creepy shits that open doors and sprint. 🤣🤣🤣
