Omg..the nightmare before kissmass sounds great! And if i don't get to it around halloween it still seems like it's readable around december So many great books coming out! I just got the never king series and i am going to read those in october Vampires are also my favorite! I am rewatching the vampire diaries again this fall and i am already on season 3 Team damon ❤ Happy reading 😊

I had an arc for Fang Fiction and found it so intriguing! The romance felt a little underdeveloped for me, personally, but otherwise the whole world and ‘Blood Fued’ plot point was so entertaining!

It gives the vibes of fall/winter. It came out September 24!

yay! finally fall!! 🍂🥰🍂 what you said about the grim reaper book kind of reminded me of the tv show ‘dead like me’, which i loved. maybe i should give it a looksie. i have already preordered ‘the courting of bristol keats’ and ‘games untold’. i read the 4 inheritance games books earlier this year and had sooo much fun reading them. so unrealistic and sooo fun! i still have ‘the grandest game’ sitting here and waiting to be read. funny enough, i received ‘the half king’ earlier this week in my very first fairyloot romantasy subscription. i wasn’t aware of the book, or that it hasn’t released yet. 🤔 maybe it’s one of those differing release dates things between UK/US? 🤷🏼‍♀️ ..and now i forgot which book you mentioned that brings us lots of vampires - must go back to find it. ‘blood test’ sounded fun. when i went to skim the rest of the synopsis, i wasn’t so sure anymore. i think you ended the synopsis at the right point. 😜 ah, i still haven’t read ‘kingdom of the wicked’. another one that’s sitting on my tbr. thanks for putting together this autumnal list + have a lovely day! 💜

@jenseereads update: added ‘on wings of blood’ to my wishlist 😅 oh, and regarding the 6-book duology series by carissa broadbent, danielle l. jenson’s the bridge kingdom series has the same concept. i’ve only read the first two books so far and believe four have been released so far. same world but each duology following different main characters. i have yet to start the carissa broadbent series. only read the first book in her other series so far (daughter of no worlds?), which was good. not much romance, if any, in book one.

Ahh The Half King is one of the ones I'm the most excited for, so however you got it early, that's pretty cool!! 😄 On Wings of Blood is the one with lots of vampires 😋 and it'll be on KU if you've got that! ...yea, I had a feeling lol. Literary fiction has consistently not been my thing, so the less I know the better 😂 You should definitely read Kingdom of the Wicked! I'm curious what book you are referring to in the Never After series that's similar to a Disney movie you don't like; also what the Disney movie is. I'm a big fan of Little Mermaid and most Disney fairytales so I may be picking up this series.

Crossed was the book that was my least favorite, it's based off of the Hunchback of Notre Dame. I didn't mind that movie as a kid, but I saw it once and that was enough for me lol ...unlike The Little Mermaid, which I watched about a thousand times 😋 Also, just in case before you pick up them up, I definitely do recommend the series, BUT they aren't fantasy or like a fairytale. It's more modern day mafia style romances with nods to the movies.

and I think I want to read or at least try 85% of these. better than the movies is on sale on kindle - so I just bought it. I'm really not sure when I'll read it but hopefully sooner than later. October is going to be my no book buying month with a few exceptions. while I hope these books do well, I'm also hoping that I don't hear a lot of hype about them so that I'm not tempted.
