I practiced day the day before non stop and I feel like I have this video to thank because it helped me score a goal and boosted my confidence on the ball tremendously throughout the game! My friend start doing this for 2 months, 1hour/day, 4 day/week, 4 moves/day, and the result are amazing, now im gonna do this drills too!

@@mdsufiyaan of course, the v moves u can use to pass the enemy who tried to steal ur ball, the inside outside u can use when 1v1 with last defender to fake direction, the function kinda like stepover, the drag the ball behind ur stand foot u can use for fake shoot or making space to passing, etc etc

I found all of these helpful. a couple of them were pretty challenging but the ones that were super difficult to me were number 18 and 19. they look unique.

With these drills you can develop muscle right......i can see many people at my place with muscular leg can make strong shot....passing....dribble better than who usually plays soccer..

Could somebody explain how he's doing #10? At 1:57 like is he tapping the ball when he pulls it back or is he like trapping it then pushing it?

ExplosiveGuides 1st one is just bells that uses taps. The second one is more of a push to prep you for doing the La Croqueta move

Its still shock me just how some people have no idea about Spovelax Training Program (search on google) although a lot of people improve their soccer skills using it. Thanks to my personal friend who told me about it. I have improve my football skills.

first off, you should call it Football, even though you live in america. Second watch videos of the best midtfielders in Europe in the past and present. I recommend zidane, xavi, iniesta, gerrard, scholes, busquets. You can also watch messi and ronaldo for extra ordinary skills in dribbling past players.

You should record this doing the full minute per exercise and sell it. it would be useful not having to time yourself and remember every drill or look at a piece of paper Like following along an exercise DVD. I would buy it.

cant really give an estimate all depends on the amount you put in lets say you do this everyday for about 30 minutes then you could see drastic improvements with your confidence on the ball and your control in a matter of weeks

#6 is a Cruyff. It's like a fake shot but you take your foot and pull the ball back with the inside of your foot.

Part of playing football is dribbling. In order to dribble you have to try and unbalance the defender, to unbalance someone usually you need to do some sort of move like the step over and such. That is just another way of body feinting someone in order to trick the defender and that helps.

I bet Sami Khedira does this 2 quiet often, I realised now for a few weeks ago how much ifferent kind of tyles you have in football, Normal football futsal football freestyle panna K.O. football streetfootball football groundmoves 6 different kind of football sports xD Groundmoves and freestyle just dont work in any other kind of football sport, but its very great for the ball control.

These are good drills and you've obviously got quick feet. The thing is when you get out there on the practice field you won't remember all the drills.

Taxidermistification It's a little bit ingenue of your part to think that in the field you will think: "Ok now I'm going to do the #14, or it was the #12?"... This is about getting quicker, improve your technique and start aplaying these tricks or some part of them almost by reflex, or very naturally. If you practice this seriously and constantly, you will note the difference.

No your wrong...these drills are to increase your dribble and foot speed also ball control...as you continue to practice them they start to become natural and then you surprise yourself in game a situation comes and you pull out one of those moves and you cannot believe you now did that practice makes perfect
