Today I’m pretty excited to be discussing 20 habits that have served me so incredibly well this year.
Most all of them are health or home related.
I hope this video gives some good ideas.

As a wife/mother I enjoy your content and seeing the areas you focus on to live a more simple and intentional life. May I encourage you to look into Weston A Price and Nourishing Traditions for food related health. I think your husband would like it too. It focuses on good quality meat and fermented foods for gut health, but comes from research of what our ancestors ate and what good health they had before the SAD (Standard American Diet) was introduced.

This inspired me so much! I've been subscribed for a couple years now and I love your content and your homemaking journey and consistency has both convicted me and inspired me to really treat my home and those in my home as a priority. Bless you!

I have 2 & 1 year old girls & I literally strive for the same atomic habits as you. This year I’ve started them & hope to get better this next year. Thank you for the inspiration! Also, becoming as organized & clean as Sarah Therese is the ultimate goal 😂✨

Will start trying to implement these....in my new - and own (rented) home!!! I got married a couple weeks ago (16th), so I'm back on your channel as a Mrs. rather than working towards my Mrs. degree (which I'm still doing, but as whatever degree is next in Mrs. studies! 😆🥰). I'm so excited to watch your videos again... (Side note; a bit sick today, so I've been doing laundry as my big task of the day...pray for me!)

It is!! My hubby was amazing from the get go...me? I've always been the slow person in any group.......and am still learning to be okay with that! Especially as I admire and esteem slow living. ☺️

@@BecauseitMatters I just tried a great sourdough waffles recipe that might work for pancakes too: 2 cups of fed starter, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup of oil or butter, 1/2 tea spoon of salt, 1 tea spoon cinnamon, 2 table spoons of honey, 1 tea spoon of baking soda 😋

So many great tips here. Making extra dinner is so helpful for husbands I find. So cool that you are having so many healthy habits improving skills such as piano Spending time in the morning with God is a total game changer I do something i like to call time tithing its before I do anything else I give the first 10 (or 15) minutes to God.

I actually just started sourdough so I’m pretty new to it, but I just give the starter about 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup flour every 24-48 hours:)
