As a lifelong student of the many yoga styles including hatha and vinyasa yoga as well as contemporary dance and movement therapy, have been honing my skills since childhood. My professional education includes the international Sivananda TTC (RYT 200H, Lithuania), World Peace Yoga School TTC (RYAT 300H in Rishikesh, India), aerial yoga TTC, Yin yoga TTC, Thai massage and Masters in public health & nutrition. 4,000+ hours leading yoga classes and teacher trainings, teaching more than 1000 students and preparing more than 200 aerial yoga teachers worldwide. I'm a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT E-500, YACEP) with Yoga Alliance. I live and teach yoga in Lithuania and now worldwide through my online courses.
I have developed a unique method of aerial yoga with authentic CamiYoga Sun and Moon salutations, exercises and poses. I loved this! My silk is narrower than yours, so usually I can't do the poses where you bring your silk over your head while it is also under your legs. Today I could do it, because the poses did not really require that much fabric! It was awesome! The flip forward was kind of scary, but suddenly I did it and I was like; "This was it? That was fun!" The bloopers were funny, made me really smile. I love your videos and it's awesome you are doing a big variety! Happy Holidays and Namaste from the Netherlands!
