Holy cow this was intense! 😮It made lifting weights seem easy! My legs were burning too even though this was advertised as an upper body workout. Might have to reconsider using this channel as an active recovery day option! 😂

Thanks for all your workouts ❤! I am looking for your low intensity videos (knee friendly) and I can't find them any more :🙃 I was repeatedly using them for my workout. I can't find them in your website either...

Hi Camila, thank you for your positive feedback! They will come back. In the next weeks we will be re-shooting lots of the older workouts in better quality.
