AMAZING ‼️ I have been training and powerlifting for over 10 years. My trainer insisted on a rest day off from the gym but I was antsy so looked up something “easy” and I’m spent. You had me huffing and puffing & Mind you I dead lift 200 lbs plus. 😅 I added some ankle weights I had laying around and murdered my glutes ! Keep up the amazing work !! New Fan & I Can’t wait to incorporate some of your other things. ❤️

Am i doing it wrong if i feel pain on the leg that I'm not using during the set?...another thing: why am i losing weight? You feel the pain in the opposite leg because you put all the body weight on it. So in fact you are using it more than the moving leg. You need to either distribute the weight so that the opposite leg wouldn't feel that much pressure of weight. Or make stronger moves on the moving leg or make your legs stronger. Also it's okay if you feel the burn on the opposite leg. Because when you change the leg, you will feel the burn on another leg. So it evens out.
