@barasmoun what i did was focus on specific muscle groups for each day, then adding cardio either at the beginning or end of each week. It definitely takes longer than two weeks to see results, but if you stay consistent, you'll notice and feel the change. If you go to her playlist, she has the videos sorted and labeled for each muscle group. Start by planning out your workout week. You can create a Playlist for yourself on KZbin. I labeled mine workout. It's just easier to go off of , and what really got me motivated to stay consistent.

@@Anamillio faz tempo que vocês comentaram isso mas, eu sugiro que vocês fazem uma pausa de 1 ou 2 dias, e também não parem por mais de 3 dias, a não ser que você esteja doente pois o corpo precisa descansar também, enfim eu digo isso porque logo que você tenha feita uma pausa assim por muito tempo quando começar os exercícios de novo você vai continuar sentindo dores no dia seguinte. 😊

( my thighs weight more than me 😢) Ok so i will try my best to update everyday.. Day 1 ✅ i did 1:27 min😁 Day 2 ✅ i did 1:54 min... I will do better tomorrow.. 😞.. Cause i believe in my myself 🥺 Day 3 ❌ i can't do it.. I tried 3 times but it's just impossible to push more... people suggested this and i wanted to try it out for the summer🤺🤺 day 1: ✅❌ lowkey only did half of it and my legs were killling me when i was going down the stairs😬 day 2:✅❌ definitely did better and more than yesterday but still didn’t finish it my legs were just shaking like around 12 minutes day 3:✅ i did all of them except one exercise🤣 but i barely felt my legs halfway thru the workout day 4:❌ didn’t get time to do them day 5:✅ barely didn’t do them my legs were hurting and i was shaking the whole time idk why i had no motivation so i restarted day 1: done day 2: done ok i been going to the gym but when i don’t go to the gym i’ll be doing these workouts so i’m restarting day1:done

Hello i have few questions if your able to respond would appreciate it. I started my workout journey and have my lil gym at home i have incorporated barbells 100lbs . Well my normal weight always been 130 - 140 since was young so i ha e always had curvy bidy big butt and thighs .my question is tnerw a current time to incorporate weights lime barbells or should i wait. So my weight right now is 190 yea i know this is the heaviest i have evwr weighted so im bout 40 punds over weight. If there any tips anything anything u can achool me or inform me im just have saved workout videos from utube. I will also say im kot new to exercising i do have some knowledge because i used to own a kung fu school . Blessing have a great day!!!
