When I started my my Jeet Kune Do training in Seattle Washington (January 2023) I soon discovered I needed more strength and flexibility. I also needed to find a TIME SAVING strength building routine. I found out about Bruce Lee's legendary 20-minute strength-building workout from his iconic book, "Art of Expressing the Human Body," . As a passionate admirer of Bruce Lee's philosophy and martial arts, I was deeply inspired by his wisdom and time saving approach to getting your body in shape. One major thing he focused on was of compound exercises (which means to work out multiple parts of the body with one just one exercise). After thoroughly researching and understanding the workout regimen detailed in his book, I meticulously crafted a short KZbin video that broke down the his routine. Bruce Lee's training philosophy is beautiful l and efficient. He used this 20 min routine for his whole life. I encourage my viewers to incorporate his principles into their own fitness routines. I am learning so much from Bruce Lee, I feel we have common mindset. There is a reason he is a martial arts icon. Promoting a healthier, more resilient lifestyle is something I will be doing more of as my journey continues.
