I have practiced Taekwondo since 1990 and currently hold first dan black belt on my way to second dan. I have been in training in at least five countries, including the US where I now live and continue training. I can vouch for the superior nature of this workout. It is not only a great way to introduce rigor and fitness but it also has the foundations of the taekwondo art form in terms of poomse, sparring, and self defense. Great work

Honestly i was a guy who went to the gym for 3 hours a day ended up getting sick gained a ton of weight and started losing hope that I’d get back to the way I was and honestly the way I felt after doing this once gave me hope that I can so thank you for giving me hope excepts I wasn’t able to do some of the kicks or stretches tried the best I could but I plain on doing this everyday Intel am able to do all of it what I am trying to see is keep up the good work your helping a lot of people your an inspiration

The first time I did a Taekwondo class the third lesson the instructor almost killed us with the intense workout. We did like these jumping jacks side to side and front to back.

It's been months since I last worked out and thought maybe a martial art would do the trick to getting my motivation back. Today I slept all day and woke up tired, I just felt useless and without energy. I looked up for a taekwondo workout and this one popped up, without giving it a second thought I immediately got up the bed and did the whole 20 minutes! It was super fun and now I feel energized 😋 Will be doing it more often. Thank you so much for this fun video!

This is so helpful for me bc i can be started to workout in our home to prepare myself too and be ready to my journey, if went i got go in training taekwondo. bc when i was kid i want to learn taekwondo but unfortunately my mom can't afford to join to taekwondo bc it's so expensive. So that's why i really want to achieve my dream to experience taekwondo to also too defense myself and learn too, even it's too late for me i will still pursue my dream and to achieve when i was kid.

Nice warm up and basics.✌️ For a beginner. Taekwando is Korean karate, most techniques copied directly from Japanese art. What differs and is bit amazing too, how well high kicks and flying kicks are performed. Very good hip flexibility is needed. This lovely lady has that all. Just power is missing. But maybe here either needed.

A note for better ladies security to using enough self defense force, when able to practice a kick that is at least waist/chest high, try to practice the kicks pushing through the person or anything else. Don't give up with the tap. But this don't mean all the kicks you practice during a work out. Just something to keep practicing for 2 years - or spending 2 years getting use to it.

The practice should also end up promoting speed for its accomplishment, something gained over time with weekly wearing out workouts.

For those left out from being able to pursue the 2year course to becoming a black, do stop practicing what is learned in the 4 week course for the 2 years. It'll position you to feeling as worked out as the black belt at least and you will definitely have good defenses without much effort and you'll stay in tune to pursuing becoming a blackbelt with natural talents if it later happens. In other words, just a month's practice is worn out by everyone's other's daily activity if they are active. [Reminder, becoming a black belt is become a elite in the entire world. Or a professional boxer making at least a million before finding a loss.]

That´s why I´ve quit Taekwondo (I make Krav Maga now)! The tiring and exhausting warmup exercises! Our coach has let us jump and run in one place for minutes! I´m better off with Krav Maga. It´s very effective and you needn´t to be so flexible with your legs!
