I used to be a competitive swimmer and so I used to be really athletic but since covid I lost a lot of muscle mass and almost all of my athleticism. I've been attempting this workout twice a week for four weeks and I'm finally able to complete the whole thing with minor adjustments to breaks. This work out is still a go to after a year now I do this with a 10kg vest and then 2 rounds of the most recent 15min leg workout! My legs are much bigger than when I started about 2 years ago and I couldn't do half of what I do now without patience and consistency so to anyone reading this be patient train your legs once or twice a week and the results will be there

@@volteprime1748I don't have any social media, just stick to this work out once a week if you go for 2 rounds or twice a week if you just do 20 min, as a start and when you feel stronger and do the work out with ease try it with a weight vest. Trust me I struggled so hard when I started working out completing this. Now if I don't wear the vest? 2 rounds of this is a almost a walk in the park tbh! Since my last comment I do this with 20 kg for 2 full rounds without sacrificing the form too! Now I'm soaked in sweat struggling so hard!

ive been doing with workout for over a month and when i tell you it was so hard for me to catch up, i frequently paused the video so i can rest longer than im actually supposed to but the longer i did it the easier it was for me to follow and up to today i can now do this workout with ease, im proud of my self :)

When you said the last workout would be a wall sit. I stood up and said nope! Im not doing it you're crazy. Then you hit me with a "don't give up" and that genuinely hit my soul so I did my wall sit for the umpteenth time while my legs were on FIRE and without realizing it I ended up actually making it through the 45 seconds and I didn't think I could. Long story short. Don't stop the encouragement it really does make a difference ❤

Been using this exact routine for months, i personally am in the RB position in football and I also dabble in a bit of basketball as well, I'm exactly 6'0 and have always had that odd ratio of good upper body but near close to mediocre lower body and these workouts killed it every single time and I just wanted to credit Chris for this brilliant set up routine, I can now jump and run MUCHHHHHHH better than I used to be able to with skinny legs, I advise everyone to use this if you want good lower body, it. Works. It's gonna take more than a month to see progress but, DO NOT STOP

I left the gym a year ago. I used to do weights training. I almost did gym for 3 years. But when I started following Chris I got insane results in just 60 days. Very good exercise not only for the leg but for the brain as well. To complete this workout you need also a lot of will power and determination. I was working out consistently for about 4 years plus boxing and muay thai and unfortunately i had a surgery in my hand and gym and boxing etc is out of the window for the last couple of months or even mabey to almost a year. And this workout is what keeps my sanity in line so thank you chris. And for who read this return your ass into a squat and keep training ❤

I started this workout about 3 years ago and was able to make all exercises and seemed easy at ny first 5 months. I stopped about last year when I had to relocate and had to adapt to my new career. I was humbled when I tried this again and couldnt make it through the whole video. Im glad to have come across this video again and made me realize just how important it is to be consistent

The secret to this guy’s workout is consistency . I have been following this workout for a week now and now i can do the first 6 exercises without much pain . True pain comes with sumo squats, exploding squats and the wall sit . I just want to achieve all exercises except these without much pain so keep consistency and we will be one step closer to fitness.

Day 1: started with 45 seconds like mentioned in the video : gave up half way through Day 2 : Changed the time to 30 seconds(15 each),took a few seconds break when needed but seen it all the way through,if you are new to exercising just don't give up,I feel tired and little out of breath but nothing to serious

Chris! I’m over in England( Isle of Wight) Ex Royal marine commando, keen cyclist and swimmer. This is a superb leg strengthening work out, I do make some adaptations by adding some resistance. But some people may not know this, but wall sits are great for people suffering with high blood pressure. Keep up the good work 💪

I thank you so much. I went from doing 10:38 second to 10:58, and I use to feel knee pain but after I did this it was strange, I didn't feel it anymore and ik why now. I will continue with this oh my gosh... I made it to 16:05. after 3 days of resting and it is crazy i boosted up 5 more minutes... That is just amazing to me, but I'm sweating a lot. My hamstrings and quads are on fire, and I can't believe this was only 2 days ago. 7/21/22: I FINALLY COMPLETED IT, but gosh my back is so sore, BUT YES I DID IT AND IM SWEATING SO MUCH LETS GOOOOOOO. Update: I KNOW THIS SINT RELATED TO THIS BUT I JUST DID MY FIRST 2 DIPS AND I AM SO HAPPY OH MY GOSH. Update July 24th: I done it again fully, and I'm sweating way too much, and I can do 4 dips now. 7/31/22:didnt do this in a week and i stil fully completed it. 8/4/22: i started using a 20 pound vest, and i used one and completed it. This is just an amazing experience. 8/11/22: did this after a week with the 20 pound vest again and I had to just stop a few times only because I wasn't consistent so I'll be doing it more again. 8/20/22: completed it without weighted vest 1/15/23: i did all of it without stopping, and i never even trained my legs for a long time. The first time i did this i did not have the mental strength to keep going, but after watching David Goggins and knowing how hard he pushed motivated me to keep going even when it started hurting. I'm becoming happier and better so i thank him for all of that. 1/24/23; completed it again. 2/2/23:completed it again. 2/10/23:completed it again. 2/16/23 9:29AM:completed it again. 2/19/23: completed it again 9:11AM. 2/21/23: completed it again 12:57PM. 2/23/23: completed it again 2:59PM. 2/28/23: completed it again 11:49am. 3/2/23: completed it again 4:01PM. 3/4/23: 8:20 left knee started to hurt 11:40am. 3/8/23 6:50Pm completed it again

For anyone with a little extra weight to them, don't be afraid to give this workout a shot. Just completed it on the 1st try with just slight seconds of breaks to understand the next exercise. You and your body got this 💪🏾

Man... i've been very athletic since my childhood had good stamina and strength, but in 2021 after covid, i've been weak and didn't went to gym or played any sport reason being lavk of motivation and weak body, 2 weeks ago i decided to gain back my strength but start at my backyard.. thankfully, this video came up first, got hooked to all of his routines and doing it regularly, already feeling strong.. thanks to you man.

I needed this leg workout. Thenx thx tho tbh. I tried different leg workouts but most of them are so complicated. Your workouts are so simple and easy to follow. I'm a youtuber and I sit long times on my own chair... My legs are kinda weak and not that good. This workout can help strengthen my muscles in my legs. I'll maybe throw in a 10kg weight.

I did this today , bc I hate doing weighted legs because it always causes back pain plus I didn’t have time to go to gym , and loved every single but of it . Never had felt my legs in certain areas till today . Thank you Mr.Heria for changing the game 🙏

I am 21 weeks pregnant with my 4th child and this work out was just what I needed. I don’t have a lot of time nor equipment and doing core work did not mean sit ups. I will definitely be doing this again 👍
