i started my yoga pratice about 50 years ago at THE FARM in Tennessee. I still teach an Iyengar/ Buddhists inspired class at my local ymca .Its been an incredable journey

I have only been practicing yoga for 2 years now. But since I started practicing with you, I just have to say, within these past 2 weeks, I feel more grounded, centered, connected to my breath, & even flexible in my body practicing with your videos, compared to other people/influencers. Good Morning @KateAmberYoga pretty regularly for about three years now. All started because I had really bad back pain. A doctor told me I needed to stretch. My gym at the time had a yoga class and it happened to be a yin yoga class. The rest is history. Day 347

I like your style and I like that I can stream your workouts on a gym TV without people assuming I'm a perv like they would with a number of other yoga practitioners who tend to be eager about not leaving anything about their physiques to the imagination. Seems to be a common thing in the sub-culture.

Kate thank you so much for sharing. I loved everything about this class. My legs are a bit sore from a weights workout yesterday so this was just what my body needed. Also I’m now able to stay in toes pose for longer than a few seconds!

Hello, stretching exercises are really great for the body☀. I increased my height by 4 inches in 4 months and this result is truly incredible for me. During this period, I used Shiydf and did regular stretching exercises every week. I hope everyone achieves their dreams!

In Yoga Teacher Training we talked a LOT about the side body and it's an underrated area to stretch and causes a lot of tightness throughout the entire body. So I try to get into this and a juicy triangle as much as possible. I hope you had a great day Ace!
