I have tried yoga multiple times across different phases of my life..both virtual and offline and left it in few days or months as I was not comfortable...your videos are a bliss..I do happily and do not realise when the session ends...the flow you chose and the voice guide is so good I have fallen in love with Yoga..thanks to you❤

Mam.. I'm too struggling with pcod.. irregular period...for last 1 year. And for last 2 months my period comes twice a month (1 week after a week.)& Its last for 7 days..its annoying... And my periods starts after3 or 4 days, if I have started to do yoga ... I consult gyne..but no use...plz give some remedies....which yoga suit for my condition... please Mam....
