I have literally grown so much with your videos since 2019 ❤ Little did I know that yoga could bring so much peace, it was only when I started with your videos. I have cried many times when I was off my routine and started again with your videos. Specially the recent somatic yoga. Its like food for the soul. I can’t thank you enough; for all that I have learnt. ❤❤🙏🏼

This is the first time i am doing yoga, I completed this but i am not 100% satisfied because some poses were difficult for me and i am not that flexible, I have pcod , Is it ok to practice this even though i am not that flexible?

This video is for all period imbalances. Infact its more apt for you :) follow my PCOS playlist and do all the videos. On each day with sufficient rest days..

@@movewithagnes thank you so much! I haven't gotten my period in so long (3 months) probably because I've been way too physically active and insufficiency of nutrition intake due to stress and exams. However i am trying to lower my physical activity down and incorporate a well balanced regime, even tho it's very hard. I shall stick to this plan! Thank you so much 🤎
