I love it! I used to be a fitness fanatic and have since gained a ton of weight. I'm the biggest I've ever been and I've felt lost. I'm like a beginner with an advanced knowledge base so I've struggled finding where to start again. This was great!!

Thank you! Having some audible instruction is helpful for me! The music, at times, feels as though I am “on hold” on the telephone. Perhaps with more sessions, I’ll get use to it. Not meant to be criticism, just MY observation. Happy New Year!

Hey! Keep your warm ups nice and simple. Pilates is a form of stretching so you don’t really need to do much of that but to warm up I simply jog on the spot, jumping jacks, squats, skips …. 😀

Hey, I don’t without sifting back through my edits. But, you can download the app Shazam and have all the songs in a matter of seconds 😉. It listens to a few moments of the song and instantly recognises it and will give you the name and artist.

Hey. Your lower back hurts because you are over using these muscles due to weak glutes, core and lower back. Try to push up through your pelvis squeezing your glutes and engage your core, this will help strengthen these muscles and eventually the back pain should go away. That’s if it’s muscular related and you don’t have something else going on.

Hey. It’s a serious injury that you don’t want to aggravate. I can’t answer that question sorry, it’s best to check with your doctor. You could try it out and go very gentle and see how you feel but this COULD make it worse. I’ve had surgery myself for this type of injury and unfortunately it can be triggered easily by all sorts of exercise.

Hey. You cannot target a specific area of your body to lose fat. Exercise will burn calories which will burn fat over your whole body. This workout is a full body workout meaning it’s working your entire body however the primary muscles you will feel working are your legs and glutes. Your core should be engaged right throughout which will help to strengthen and tone this area also. The end of the workout focuses on your upper body. So all in all this workout will help tone your whole body and burn fat.

Hey! I’m sorry to hear that you have been through that. When it comes to training, you really need to just listen to your body. Short workouts daily 15-30 mins with mixed intensity and different workout styles (Pilates, cardio, mobility, resistance training) is what I recommend as an ideal training split. As long as you’ve been cleared by a doctor to get back into exercise then I recommend working towards this. Rest days are important though, make sure you take them as your body tells you it needs it.

All exercise will help burn fat as well as build muscle tone, but you really need to focus on your diet and most importantly be consistent with a calorie deficit long enough to actually lose the fat 😊. If you can do this then you will eventually lose the belly pooch. It takes time and patience though and that’s why most people don’t get the results they want. 🩷

It’s not normal but it’s common when you are weaker in your lower back and glutes. Engage your glutes and push through your pelvis and over time you will strengthen these areas.

It depends what sort of pack pain. If it’s muscular then yes when done correctly this will strengthen your lower back and relieve pain. It’s important to lead with your pelvis and squeeze your glutes. Don’t push through your back or arch your back.

It won’t if you engage the correct muscles (your core and glutes). Push up leading with your pelvis.

Are we supposed to go into each exercise without stopping every time? Seems like a few counts will be missed trying to change into the next position but the video has already moved on and you’re behind.

Hey! No I think you’ve become confused, each exercise goes for 40 seconds and then there is 20 seconds rest in between each one where I explain how to do the upcoming exercise 😄
