Hey Sean you have a special magic when you are hiking in the mountains. This routine reminds me of my favorite one you ever did. It was a couple of years ago for the hasfit channel. You started the video singing the hills are alive. That video is one of the most well rounded routines I've ever seen of yours. It had dolphin, pidgen, pidgen with a twist, firelog, pyramid and other goodies. Keep hiking and making great videos my friend!

Love these stretch and strength workouts 20 min just right amount of time for me. My Quads scream every time i move into the shoulder roll move on this video, i wonder is there more Quad specific .workout to loosen years on neglect .

Loved it! Did two of your pylata classes 2 days in a row and am FEELING them today. This stretch (especially dolphin 🐬) was absolutely PERFECT!!! And I love the mermaid going into pigeon! Your absolutely amazing at putting together poses!!
