60 years old, started/ stopped yoga routine for years. Sean is the best, been back to this routine a dozen times or so. It’s challenging, difficult, but not impossible, and I feel a bit more flexible, which at 60 is saying something. Doing the routine with Sean is like doing it with your buddy whose good at it, funny, takes you a long, but doesn’t put you down. Excellent workout.

I have only tried gentle flow yoga once in the past. I was shocked at the increased stamina I experienced after just following this video for three days. Will definitely continue on with this regimen.

I cannot understate the change having a “routine” has had on my mornings. It’s 7:15, just finished this video with my cup of coffee. I started watching this video 3-4 times/week about 2 months ago, and only recently made the switch from *rolling out of bed in a rush around **8:30* .... to an alarm at 6:30, and moving precisely through my morning routine. I’ve been LESS tired and MORE productive, like lightyears more productive. My attitude and mood are greatly improved and I owe a lot of the credit for change in the simplicity of this video. This is a rant but I figure if you’re still reading you care enough to start changing. Do this video every morning and your body will thank you. Listen to Sean’s cues, and over time you will hone in more and more. Stay focused

This video is a life saver! Im doing my first ever musical theater production and all the dancing, singing, and being physically prepared at any moment does create a lot of tension. Doing this yoga video has helped with my sore muscles and stiffness. Thanks :)

I am 75 and I am recovering from sitting on my ass in the car for 50 years. Yoga was recommended by PT. I just happened on this video. I made it through about 12 minutes. My muscles are so tight I can get down just past my waist. I’m glad I found this. Between this , stretching and icing I think I will survive and get back to some meaningful hiking

Started this today. Disabled due to injury on the force. But this really, REALLY helped. Yes, I hurt in places I thought impossible, yes I farted a lot, but wow. I must get into a daily routine with this and meditation. ☮️💜🇮🇪

Not gonna lie this video was my first time trying yoga. I lasted 13 minutes but after that I was done. I do feel very loose and i feel energetic now. I'll do it again tomorrow morning.

I have never tried yoga before. I am glad this was included in the end of week Foundation Program otherwise I may not have tried it. I really enjoyed this routine. Even had a few smiles and little laughs from his comments. Great way to end my first week of the program. Thank you

Vigue is a great instructor. I do his short yoga routine every morning. I am an age group triathlete and do a lot of athletic training. It took me about a month to feel improvement and it feels great!

Sean's beginner workouts are amazing at 53 I have just progressed onto this one and the beginner one helped to get me ready for this. Sean is a real person and realistic. He is actually the best instructor on the site I have found. He must be an amazing instructor. He changed my life. I now have energy and find all sport easier

Hey today I could finish ur video to the end. I was a gym fan. But because of work and busy life left gym. And now corona crises. But any how after gaining 12 kg, and a lot of pain on my back and neck and calves decided to pick yoga at home. It’s really nice. Thank you. Very nice

I went to the gym for years. But recently my chronic fatigue has been kicking my butt. I cannot do regular exercise because it really saps my energy and causes more fatigue. I am hoping yoga will be my answer to keeping fit. Thank you for being part of the HASfit family. I did do several of the regular exercise videos at the beginner level, but they were too taxing on my body. I enjoyed this beginner yoga video. I will press on with these videos.

44 year old - Ist time ever doing yoga. I'm very fit and reasonably strong...and this kicked my butt!! Wow. This is "beginner?" It killed me...but I must admit I feel great. I came here because of middle-aged aches and pains. Just nagging stuff I didn't used to have, even when I worked out a lot harder. Goal: get through this "beginner" video with full compliance, and then move on. I love this guy's demeaner and the fact that there was no scantily-clad female to entice. Completely professional. Well done!

Ive been using this video to help w ith my back and neck problems for the last 2 weeks or so, it has done wonders for my pain management, its amazing what 2 weeks of positve body movement can do to correct years of chronic pain. I’ve tried yoga several times with different videos, but none of them did it for me. This was challenging for me as a beginner, but the setting and Sean’s pleasant manner really put me at ease. This is one video I’ll be coming back to-and who knows, maybe some time in the future I’ll be able to touch the floor without bending my knees! 😀

I just finished this! I totally absolutely agree with going back to doing these beginner type of exercises to return to the foundation of the workouts, that way when we work our ways ahead we will be more prepared and the harder workouts will then be easier. Thank you Coach Sean, Josh, and Claudia!

I’m just getting back into my fitness routine. I went from an endurance athlete to inactive for almost 12 months due to medical situations. I’m excited that I’ve started back but I’ve noticed I’m not the man I was. Yoga and a focus on flexibility has been weighing on my mind. I used this as a post workout flow. after some major injuries I quit doing yoga about 5 years ago. I gained some weight and was really worried because I knew I wouldn't be able to do the poses I used to do. I liked very much how you showed the modified and then the full awesomeness poses. I found that some of the serious beginner poses were not difficult enough but others were, so having all the options laid out was awesome. blah blah blah lol simply put, great kicking off point for getting healthy again! Ill use this video as my go to.

Thank you Sean for your work out. I deal with arthritis in my knees very badly and it can also cause so many of my muscles in my legs and back to tighten up. I've been doing your beginner yoga course (2nd time around) and it really does help. I feel better each day. Still have a lot to work on but its great. Thank you again for your instruction and commentary.

Thank you for this and all your videos. Ive lived a life of pain due to a lack of flexibility. Ive been attempting some of these moves for the last 2 weeks (first time) and I have gotten noticeable improvement in range of motion and lower back pain. It has now become a natural part of my day and I am always looking for a chance to stretch using one of the techniques Ive learned from this video. I feel that Yoga is quickly filling holes in my physical game..while making me feel wonderfully. Ive wanted to try Yoga for many years and I am very happy that i finally have. I look forward to moving through more regiments on your channel. Be well

I did yoga years ago but thought I'd start from scratch. So glad I did as I found this quite challenging. I really enjoy HASfit workouts, I am so much stronger now but I will definitely start putting yoga in there regularly, my flexibility is quite poor and I can't ignore it any longer.
