The pacing of this workout was perfect for someone who hasn’t worked out in way too long! Slow paced enough for you to keep up and feel relaxed but challenging enough where you actually feel the burn, I‘m so glad I came across your video! Not a big fan of high intensity and fast paced workouts so this was perfect ❤

Im an overweight girl, trying to do little exercise to train my body and change my habit into a more healthy lifestyle. I've tried beginner pilates but lost my spirit to do it. But then, I realized that I really need to change, and through this small change, I watch your video and try to do exercise with your video. Im 61 years old. Have not exercised in many years. I dont like gyms. I came across this video. I gave it a go. It was a struggle for me but I managed to attempt all the moves if not as long as I should but I feel this instruction is doable and something I can fit in daily. Thanks to Issa for simple ans encouraging start to my pilates journey. 🙏❤

Honestly she is one of the best instructors I’ve seen. Years ago I used to teach Pilates and life happened. I am just now getting back into it and I love her energy. I was surrounded by people teaching too. Thank you for putting the good vibes out along with the great class!

As an overweight beginner student, I have given up often getting frustrated with what the most instructors claim to be beginner friendly. But this had me engaged, challenged and eager to get stronger so I can eventually do all of these with max potential. Loved this class.

I'm going through a very painful breakup and decided to start doing Pilates again to get my body and mind connection going again. I really appreciated the gentleness, encouragement, and the fun nature of your guidance. You made sure to acknowledge those who may need variations throughout the video, and your fun sound effects while holding poses helped me lock in and focus instead of letting my mind wander and get bored. This flow was truly one with beginners in mind, and I felt how intentional you were in making sure the person following along feels like they have a friend rooting for them while instructing them. My body and mind feel so refreshed. A reset I needed so bad. Thank you. 💕

I totally identify! I've been doing pilates, mostly Isa's classes 4-6 days a week since Jan 2021 until July last year when I got COVID. Took a long break to heal and now I'm like pre-beginner haha!

This is a marvelous workout. I’m 48 years old, work in two physically demanding jobs, and it’s workouts like this that prevent me from injuring my back. Do what Issa says - you won’t regret it

i've done this about ten times in the past two weeks and the effects are tremendous like my spine feels so much healthier and my abs feel like they know when to put in the work. it's like i've been building awareness of conscious movement in my body. tysm for this one isa!

I did Isa's 20 min full body pilates workout for beginners - (realistic at home pilates) routine today and enjoyed it! I'm looking forward to trying a few more beginner routines of hers and then moving up to trying intermediate. Isa is an excellent instructor; detailed instruction, kept me focused on what I was working at the time, safety provided and a fun attitude! I am a fitness instructor, so all of her qualities are very appreciated and noticed. Thank you Isa!

A true beginner routine. I’ve had bursitis in my left hip and currently I have ECU Tendinitis & a pulled muscle going down the right side of my back. The pace & flow in this was perfect!

This is PERFECT for us who’ve taken a break and need to get back into it. I’m so sore from starting earlier in the week;this is the exact workout I need to ensure I don’t injure myself and get the right amount of stretching needed to feel good. Love this! Highly recommend ❤

I've never done pilates before and wasn't sure what to expect. This was so calming, and yet challenging in all the right ways. It helped my back so much that feels so tight all the time from work. I love the stretch breaks and your encouragement, and the little singing countdowns! Will definitely be doing this one again!

I've decided to do pilates today since I didn't feel like doing anything rigorous due to cramping since monthly friend decided to stop by. This workout helped with my cramps, and I was still able to move my body without doing anything heavy. Thank you so much ❤️🙏🏽🧘🏾‍♀️

Wow the first beginner pilates that I can actually follow through! It's accessible and rewarding. With some of the beginner ones being way too hard I wasn't sure how to actually build up.
