I started doing your Pilates classes 5-6 days a week in January. I attempted this class 2 weeks in and I could barely get halfway though the class before stopping. This morning I was able to do the entire class and I felt AMAZING the whole time. Your classes have changed my life COMPLETELY! I am happier in my body and mind than I have been in a long time, I’m so grateful for these classes and how wonderful of an instructor you are!

This was a really good workout, Isa. I started doing Pilates with your videos at the beginning of March. This was the longest Pilates workout I’ve done and I’m proud to say I finished the entire workout. MY BODY WAS SHAKING but I stayed focused on breathing and taking my time with the movements. I’m getting stronger. 💪🏾 THANK YOUUU!!

I'm so glad I found your channel. I have done a lot of pilates in the past, but when you described the string pulling in the knee from the bellybutton, I felt everything change. I’m getting into Pilates to help with chronic pain! I have a connective tissue disorder and it makes it really hard to exercise. I tend to get injured very easily and I’m really hoping to get strong so my body can support my joints.

Im not specialised in diastasi recti, however I can give you some tips as a fellow C section Mama.... - no crunches until you close the gap - daily core activation 10min (table top with toe taps) - Patience - Focus on pilates classes specifically for post c section for first 6 to 8 months x

Did this with my mom n it went great thankyou so much. Just one issue I'm 80 kgs so my wrist really hurts while workout because of the weight. I tried to clear my posture but too much pain
