This week was emotionally very hard for me and this challenge helped me stay focused and not lose my mind. I’m really proud of myself that I managed to do all the workouts this week, and I hope that I will stick to it until the end of this month. I am so happy I was able to complete the first week. Strength workouts are something I had been wanting to do more of but didn't know how to incorporate in with daily exercises. This series came out perfect timing for me. I had to switch dumbbells some. I used 5, 8, 10, and 10 lbs. I'm looking forward to next week's workout sessions. Thank you for keeping me motivated.❤

Oooh, men, oh men. I increased my weight to 8 pound dumbbells. And oh how I feel my glutes and my calves. This is definitely a must do workout.I love it. However, I'm not done yet.I'm gonna do your full body fatburn.Forty minute workout that you did three weeks ago. It's the full body hit workout, 40 🔥 fat burning and sculping workout Here we go, let's get it.😅😅😮😅😅😅
