This is only a suggestion; Remember your daily diet. No sugar, no salt, no carbohydrates and drink plenty of water...then surely you will lose the body fats/mass weight ... Blessed Shalom

I feel you! I tried so many diets in the past that I honestly felt like giving up. I recently burned about 16 lbs in one month or so after I randomly found a free guide from a hypnotherapist that explains how subconscious beliefs were the reason I hadn’t lost weight before. It’s called Subconscious Weight Loss by Christian Weninger. Maybe it’ll help you too ♥

I always eat two times a day. Lunch yogurt and fruit. dinner salad and lean protein. In the morning only coffee and supplement. I am a 56 year mother and I don't know what belly fat is.

Honestly I do at least 1 hour of working out everyday and dancing bcz those two help loosing weight oh also running and walking is really good and about diets you can eat properly but if your having a meal at let’s say kfc instead of having 3 or 4 chickens have 2 instead but you don’t have to starve yourself and just eat healthy food don’t eat to much junk and be consistent don’t give up okay I believe you will achieve your goal okay and by looking at your profile you look very healthy and skinny don’t push yourself so much only if you really want to but don’t do it because you want to fit in who cares what other people think that’s there opinion and they are just jealous because of the slim body you have okay so don’t let them bring you down and feel like this your beautiful girl! Try to less carbs like rice, potatoes ,pasta and sugary food and drinks i stop eating cakes, donut and switch white to wheat bread drink milkteas and sodas... promise u will lose weight.. I used to be 61 kg now 45 kg... I also drink acv witha squeeze of lemon diluted in a 500 ml water every morning and a bit of exercise.

With deep sleep in my eyes zi exercised today and I have decided to workout in the morning only no matter what because of irregular meal time the rest of the day when the stomach is definitely empty in the morning it sets up the definite morning routine still sleepy but somehow I overcome my sleepiness I just slept for three hours today so the sleepiness is real sleepiness and not laziness ! Today I completed 131st day of my workout excluding 33 resting days and today I completed 7th day of my 30 minutes workout ! Now ten minutes stretching after ten minutes Anapana break ! Then healthy protein rich Nashta and study for two hours then bath ! Hush ! I am sweating at 7 AM under full fan means this exercise really going to benefit me with least body ache ! Absolutely perfect ! I really ❤ Mizis workout no repetition and just seven seconds break in between that exhausts me right now too much not less absolutely perfect ! I am desperate to see my body change after two weeks of persistent belly workout alternated with total body workout for thirty minutes every day ! Last time with thirty minutes workout a day my entire body was so well toned and glowing I had not taken a single resting days in between every day I did for thirty minutes for two months and in just a month such an awesome change I saw in me both mood wise and body wise ! Also looking forward to finish Strabismus book it's half way with total deep understanding and half of Pali grammar after two weeks ! Let's see that's my target 🎯 let's see how much I am going to achieve I want to achieve more than this this is just moderate target my potential is more but if I keep it moderate I feel healthiest ! Brain body mind discipline only sleep routine i must work on to discipline myself with good healthy sleep routine !

Gonna do this workout for one month!! Current weight: 60 kg Current height: 5’1 Day 1: ✅ I had a lot of fun doing this workout, although I found the last few a bit tiring, however I kept pushing it through! Day 2: ✅ the muscle pains were stopping me but I pushed through!
