Coach Veronica is back with a 20 Minute HIIT Treadmill Workout!! We are hitting 60 seconds at a base pace before pushing for a minute and doing a 30 second hard push before coming back down to base. Get ready to get sweaty!
20:00 minutes of run and recovery intervals
All speeds and inclines are suggestions. Please stay safe and within your comfort zone!

Workout Structure:
WARMUP: 3 minutes
HIIT SECTION: Repeat 4 times
BASE PACE: 1 minutes - 5.5 - 7.5 mph
PUSH PACE: 1 minute - 6.0 - 8.0 mph
HARD PUSH: 30 seconds - 6.5 - 8.5 mph
RECOVER: 1 minute
LONG PUSH: 4 minutes - 6.0 - 8.0 mph
Cooldown at the end!

Don't let that cute hair bow fool you. Veronica's sessions are always going to get you to push your limits, and this one is no exception. Didn't think I'd make it to the end, but Veronica always encourages you to keep going... "You're tougher than this", and I was and am! THANK YOU!!! I'm mixing this up with my other endurance & speed workouts created by both Rachael and Veronica. Love it, and love this channel!
