Welcome to your 20 min King Pigeon Yoga Flow! This yoga sequence is built for and around One-Legged King Pigeon Pose, also called Eka Pada Rajakapotasana, which is a very deep backbending pose, a hip- and heart opener. If you are a complete beginner, I don't recommed trying out this pose just yet ➳ however, I give enough variations in this yoga flow, so everyone can join! I hope you enjoy this 20 min King Pigeon Yoga Practice!

I will slowly walk you through the different poses and guide you through the yoga practice. If you need a break, feel free to pause at any time and focus on your breathing. Your breath is always your anchor. Find synchronicity in your movement and breath. Don't push yourself and always listen to your body!

I have been doing this flow every day for 1 week and finally have my mermaid pose. Beautiful pace, balanced and challenging. A great flow for absolute beginners with steps present to become intermediate as well. Thank you for this.

You make my day so much better sometimes you have no idea. I have very big anxious episodes and the way you offer yoga with no pressure, just release, or your really cool workout videos with no pressure at all to get some kind of body, just the pleasure of sport for the body, makes me feel really good.
