I know right! Some videos I've found are good workouts but there is actually not even a 10 second break and I find my recovery period absent and it makes it difficult to maintain proper form!

Through these 20 days I can definitely feel my lower abs get stronger! Now I can do leg up and downs and actually have my back not arch (though I still use my hands to support)!!! I’m 42. This is literally the 1st workout I have ever done that engaged my lower abs TOTALLY, WHILE ALSO carefully keeping by lower back from getting injured! NOTHING ELSE has WORKED! I did this today and I was literally sweating, even though I was doing normal ab workout cruches, plank, basically bowflex's ab workout but this has really challenged me. I could barely have my legs straight and move up and down. So I'm going to keep doing this everyday. I hope my stomach start looking slim and I look lean which I want. This is truly giving me high hopes and motivation to work out thank you and please keep updating.

I'm already a thin person so I'm just trying to tone and strengthen my lower abs because when I had my son nearly four years ago I have absolutely no lower abdominal strength and not toned at all. I only have a small pouch left from having him. I tried the ten minute lower abs exercise on your channel and I'm so weak I only made it through five minutes but the more I try it the more strength I'm noticing. I shake alot during the exercises too

I did this workout during that first quarantine. I stopped doing MadFit workouts for awhile. I don’t know why. I’ve been back at it for 6 weeks. This is my first return to this particular one. This is the most intense lower ab one I’ve tried. When I’m ready, I will try one that is actually labeled as intense. I bet that one is even harder. This is a great workout, it is fun, this music is motivating for the actual moves and that lady’s voice in the songs at the very beginning is gorgeous.

Hi, thanks for bunch of great excercises! Love them all. I would like to as for back excercises too. We all know that ABS workouts should ideally be followed by back strength exercises. Great one! The calm music helps make the workout seem doable and not as intense as it it. Also I kept with the 45 sec on 15 sec off even when she had a 30 sec rest.

I’ve continued with this, with nice starting results. Please: would someone comment who is that woman singing the 1st 3 songs? Her voice is silky-smooth-gorgeous. I need that music. That girl motivates me to rock these workouts as much as Maddie does, maybe more. Maddie, you’ve got excellent taste in workout music. All these songs keep my body following those moves but she’s the 1 that I hear BEFORE I start these movements.
