What do you need? 🏋️‍♀️💪
2 light/medium dumbbells (I used 15lbs)
1 heavy dumbbell (I used 40lb)
1 towel
1 blanket
1 table

*Today's Workout*
(Always make sure to do a warm-up before beginning the workout)
1. *Box Squats*
- 3 sets of 15 reps
2. *Step Ups*
- 3 sets of 10 reps each leg
3. *Bulgarian Split Squats*
- 3 sets of 10 reps each leg
4. *Sumo Squats*
- 3 sets of 10 reps
5. *Hip Thrusts*
- 3 sets of 10 reps
