I loved this workout. I prefer workouts like this where the combos are easy to follow. Easy combos help me to focus on my form better and I enjoy the workout more. And the no repetition is always a winner. Keeps me guessing without overwhelming me. Thank you for this workout. 🎉

Enjoyed doing this one for the first time today and managed to get to the end. Im 61 yrs old in April, been rebounding for a few yrs now and really enjoy your sessions. I had to modify some of the arm movements as i have rotator cuff tears and arthritis in both shoulders, but i do know my limitations as well as ensure i am still able to get a good workout. I definitely need to get a rebounder with a bigger jump area though. Thanks and God bless x

Claire, his is another amazing workout. I love the flow, the easy combos, the way you present the different movements. I have been watching your videos from a few years ago to 20.24, you look better than ever, such a inspiring role model. I do like 30 min 3-6 times per week, it has done wonders to my body shape and I almost totally got rid of my leg cellulite. In addition I do kick-boxing with your husband Scott on the rebounder, or my online coach on my mat. Plus play pickleball several times a week, I find myself in a great zone that is fun, shows results, and keeps me smiling. Greetings from sunny Florida, Maria

Hi Claire, greetings from beautiful Florida. FYI, during your workout, several blue butterflies, could be Blue Morpho, fly close around you, they are dressed to match your outfit.

@@normaledezma937 it depends on your height and weight as when I bounce on a rebounder it’s going to be different to when my husband, Scott uses it because he’s heavier and taller than me. So depending on the brand you use will determine whether you are able to have an option of choosing your bungee strength. The Bellicon website does offer this as well as a chart so that you can decide which strength is better for you. We have strong bungees on our Bellicon

You won’t be able to keep up a quick pace on a large garden trampoline if that’s what you mean but you can still have a good session bouncing and I’m sure you will work up a sweat
