I get it!!! Adding one more thing to your to-do list can feel overwhelming, but now getting fit does not have to feel like a chore, it can be that time for you in your day that you can't live without!!
I am all about working smarter, not harder that's why I have an express leg day just for you! This is a 20 minute focused workout that will get you a firm, toned lower body and you can do it all at home with only your dumbbells! Not only will this be a quick 20 minutes to help you build strength, but it will also be a great time to de-stress!
This strength workout is going to target the entire lower body! We are going to work the hamstrings, glute complex, inner and outer thighs, calves, and quadriceps. We will be training super set style which is an awesome way to shape and define your muscles. This workout will also increase your core stability and balance as we train exercises unilaterally!

To ensure that you are maximizing your time, it is important to select a weight that will challenge you for the duration of our workout together.

This was amazing and killer! But please please please don’t stop the 30 to 40 minute workouts. I love the strength building. I know I’m not the only one out there. Yes we’re busy but we make time for what’s important to us. Awesome though.

I love the 20 minute programs because I can mix and match a 20 min leg, 15 min abs and 20 mins arms (for example) individual workouts

I would even do an occasional 60 min one - then I do not have to choose - would love to have a long workout including everything.

5/25/23: Rican Captain's Log: On this May Day Calendar Madness, started a bit late but pressed play and got it done! Day off and didn't feel like it, just go-go-go! Looking forward to having another two days in a row for Memorial weekend! I normally do the Murph workout from CrossFit but I think I will pass this year! When the warm up feels like a workout, I know my legs are still tired from earlier in the week. Nice format and as you said K, it got every muscle group. A great way to get a 20 minute workout in, thanks!

I love 20 minutes. I love no repeat. That was a quick and effective and wonderful workout. I've paired it with the Cycling Calendar's Happy Rhythm Ride. I feel so good!! The perfect combo.

I love goblet squats and I always find a legs together squat to be a great challenge. I usually find the wall sits to be pretty chill but by the end of this my legs were shaking and I wasn’t sure I’d stay up! Great express session. I did laps around the park while my kids were playing later to walk it off. :)
