I get it!!! Adding one more thing to your to-do list can feel overwhelming, but now getting fit does not have to feel like a chore, it can be that time for you in your day that you can't live without!!
I am all about working smarter, not harder that's why I have an express leg day just for you! This is a 20 minute focused workout that will get you a firm, toned lower body and you can do it all at home with only your dumbbells! Not only will this be a quick 20 minutes to help you build strength, but it will also be a great time to de-stress!
This strength workout is going to target the entire lower body! We are going to work the hamstrings, glute complex, inner and outer thighs, calves, and quadriceps. We will be training super set style which is an awesome way to shape and define your muscles. This workout will also increase your core stability and balance as we train exercises unilaterally!
