I found your videos through your stretch videos and let me just say you have the BEST fitness workouts I’ve done. I’ve tried several different workouts bt different people and none of them ever hit as hard as yours did 😅 I also love that you talk throughout the videos. Personally I can’t workout when it’s just music and completely silent. It feels like I have a buddy right there with me in your videos ❤

Whew! Love your strength workouts! You pack a lot into a short time. This is nearing the end of Bike and Bells for me. I had never done much biking prior to this program and am so happy with the progress I've made over the weeks. Another challenging finisher!!! Oh those lunges and hip thrusts always get me but each time is a bit better! Ironically it is my forearms that are tired right now because I’ve been weaving jump rope into weight days. I will find out later if that was madness. I suspect my legs are about to enter wobble mode. Looking forward to the Saturday Lives to finish off BIKE & BELLS!!!!🎉 Thanks Kaleigh❤

This was definitely a good one! I was able to maintain 15 lb dumbbells throughout, but switching the first pulses to 10 lbs! Calves have always been my thing as well as glute bridges and kept those at 15 lbs! Super Bun Burner!🍑 As always, thank you so much for this #ENCORE week, and looking forward now to recovery day, my day off, no rushing one bit, but doing yoga & meditating to practice as I just got my Meditation Teacher Certificate!!! WOOWOO! #WeLoveYouTooKC

Does anyone else get legit angry when working out the legs like this when the weights heavy and you don't want to take the load, but you need to so you push it anyway?? 🙃 ahhh the struggle of developing powerful legs! Lol
