Fun cardio workout! I liked the different moves - it made the time fly. I used this as a 'warm up' to a strength training workout. It definitely warmed up my body.

I did my first workout in years tonight with this video. I really enjoyed it! I'm not fit at all so I had to modify some of the moves, but my heartrate was up and I felt the burn. Looking forward to my next workout tomorrow. 😁

Love this. I'm 15 and 85 kg. Do you think this will help me get to 60 in 3 or less months? I already have a diet plan sorted. But do you recommend this? This is the only workout that I think I can handle

SAADIQAH WEEDER yes, If you do it everyday and eat healthy and drink lots of water, you would made it. But don't restrict much calories, eat well.

Be careful when your young body is still growing. Things you do now can affect you when you are over 50 yrs old. It would be good to loose some of that extra weight. Just do not get too extreme. Slow and steady wins the race. :) Too much cardio burns muscles instead of fat. Do not do more than 30 min of cardio and use 3-5 lb weights to build up muscles. Weights before cardio.

Unfortunately, I don't have weights. But I don't do too much Cardio, I do this once a day only. Is that ok?

This workout is very easy, I bet your P.E.lessons at school are longer and more challenging, so I would't bother about "doing not more than 30 min of cardio". Anyway, you can probably dance all night long, can't you. Actually, you can start with this workout and you'll very soon be able to do more challenging workouts. Of course healthy meal plan is the key. Good luck with your plan.
