Just love your workouts. You don't scream like other fitness trainers, you keep a calm voice and when I'm done with a workout and can really feel it. I'm 66 and have osteoporosis and I have no problem doing you videos. Thanks for making them fun.

Hi, Meredith! I just finished the 30 minute salsa routine, the resistance bands workout (snapped one of my bands😖) and the beginning HIIT routine. My second bottle of water has been chilling, and I might just give this a go. As of this morning, I am 0.6 lb away from my goal of a “quarantine 15” being a negative number. I could not have done with without you! Just got an exercise ball and a new, adjustable set of dumbbells. Ready to keep blasting this fat and preventing diabetes!

I just completed this! Guess it’s time to move from resistance to weights. While working out, I was thinking that you would have been a top notch gym teacher. You have a way of really encouraging people. I wish that instead of competitive games where kids are picked last and picked on, that there were a gym class for out of shape kids, with exercises like this. The kids would see results, keep going, and be healthier by the end of the year.

Hi Meredith. A group of my senior friends follow you and several other KZbin trainers. We do more strenuous workouts than yours, but I call yours “sneaky”. They feel easy while we are doing them. Wow! What a great workout! I just found your video and I love it. Definitely my cup of tea. I'm 54 and over the last year I've had a lot of struggles and because of it I haven't been moving and being active like I used to and like I should. I've become frail and weak and sore. I've been getting out for walks again, and doing other cardio in the house. I am feeling better but I need to build my strength up. I can tell I've lost muscle. I love doing aerobics and I prefer standing videos due to comfort and space. Can you suggest a good routine to start with? Cardio video one day, strength train video the next day? Thank you so much. Hi Brian! I am so happy you are enjoying the workouts!I think the dumbbells you are using are great! Always use what feels best on each day, knowing some days you will feel stronger than others. Hello, I appreciate your videos! My question is, with very little time each day to try to squeeze in exercise, which videos should I rotate for a full body weight workout? I was think I should try to do this one 3 or 4 times a week. You have so many videos, I don’t know what to stick with. I’m 60, have a desk job, family at home - still 2 teens in the home, husband who’s 70 and not active.

I've been doing the standing resistance band workout for several months now and would like to see about doing the weight exercises. Are there recommended weights amounts to use for these exercises?
