Could you do one Antagonist superset workout series? Just a suggestion, if you are not interested then fine. Where opposing muscles are worked back to back like chest&back, triceps&biceps, quads&hams, shoulder&traps. One set per exercise and one abs workout each day 4 days plan. There are lots of benefits to this way of training and saves time. Also, add some workouts for weaker muscles like lower hamstring->leg curl alternative(knee-based movement not the hip one), traps & rear delts->face pull, gluteus medius->may be single leg workouts enough, lower traps & lateral delts->Y raises and finally something for calves. I have noticed your workouts do concentrate on these muscles, just reminding you. And thank you so much for providing the most extensive library of TRX workouts to us for free.

Wow, this was maybe one of the hardest routines for me After doing one round of the suspended exercises on one leg, I had to switch to the other one to keep my balance and form, so kudos for a full 5m on each leg! The suspended exercises made my feet so tired 👣🥵 I don’t know what’s up with that!

That’s awesome that you pushed through! 💪 Unilateral leg exercises definitely fire up all those stabilizing muscles in your feet-totally normal! Keep at it, and they’ll get stronger over time! 😉

@@AndreaTothTRX I’ll definitely have to come back and repeat this one to see my improvements!I’m trying to work more on stability and balance so my runs in the hilly, rocky, and sometimes freshly wet mountains where I live are the best they can be 🦵🦵
